GOLincolnGO Membership Meeting 2/10 at Porridge Papers
What’s something we all use everyday and has been around since AD 105? Paper!
Witness the magic of paper being made by hand and the power of cast-iron letterpresses hard at work by joining us for our next membership luncheon. We’ll visit Porridge Papers and enjoy lunch. Our meeting will be on Thursday, February 10, 2011 starting at 11:30 a.m. The location is 1422 South Street in Lincoln.
On any given day you can find Porridge Papers cranking out sheet after sheet of handmade paper goodness. From pulp to finished product, they’ve got their hand in the process. We’ll get to tour their facility and see just how it’s done.
