GO! Mixology event Friday, 1/21/2011

Can’t remember if it’s “stirred, not shaken” or “shaken, not stirred”?   Come to the GO! Mixology social event on Friday, January 21, 2011 and learn how to craft quality comestibles from a master mixologist.  You’ll hear about the history behind the four cocktails selected by our guide, the proper ingredients to use, and the right technique to achieve perfection in your potent potables.  This third annual event will be held on the 5th floor of the Apothecary Lofts, 140 North 8th Street here in Lincoln.  A social hour with appetizers and cash bar begins at 5:30 p.m., and the mysteries of mixology are revealed from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.  http://www.golincolngo.com/events/index.html?topic=detail&type=s&ei=200
