Last Call for GO! Oct. Member Meeting and Community Planning Session
Don’t miss out — it’s your last chance to register for two GO! events happening this week!
Join us Wednesday, October 27th for our Community Planning Session, from 3-5 p.m. at the Downtown Lincoln Association conference room at 206 S. 13th Street, Suite 101. Give us input on what we’re doing and where we should go. Please RSVP for the Community Planning Session to Susan at 434-6900 or sfelton@downtownlincoln.org
And then join us for our membership luncheon, “Houses of Worship/Homes of History,” this Thursday, October 28th, as Ed Zimmer, city historic preservation planner, gives us a visual presentation on the many historic houses of worship in the downtown and near-downtown area. Some are still standing, while others exist now only in pictures, but they all form part of the historic fabric of our community.
Our luncheon will be held at Saint Paul United Methodist Church, 1144 M Street, in the Dining Room on the lower level. Parking is available in the Saint Paul garage (enter from 11th Street). Networking and lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m., with our program starting at noon. Cost for the event is $12.00 for members and $15.00 for nonmembers. Please register TODAY and pre-pay for the luncheon by visiting our website at

Thank you to our event sponsors, BVH Architects and Braeda Fresh Express Café, and to our hosts at Saint Paul.
